Iron Mountain Sno-Park is located on Highway 88 where the abandoned Silver Basin Ski Area used to be. The lifts are gone but there are remnants of the historical ski operation. The snow park is now a winter parking lot for cross-country skiing and snowmobiling. In the summer it’s a fun place to hike around and look for reminders of a ski area we have lost.
