These unique and mysterious white domes located near Cape Romano Island can be visited by boat, kayak, or other watercraft from Marco Island. When these private concrete “homes” were built in the 1980’s they were accessible from the shore but the sand has since disappeared and the structures have shifted too. Now they are a strange attraction for curious folks and probably not safe to climb aboard.
