Coldwater Visitor Center is a Gifford Pinchot National Forest facility in southwest Washington. It is located on a ridge that overlooks the devastated landscape of Mount St. Helens and is located within Mt. St. Helens National Volcanic Monument. The visitor center was built in 1993 (13 years after the volcanic eruption).
Currently the Mount St. Helens Institute (a science and learning center) uses the facility in the summer months. Coldwater Visitor Center is open to the public on winter weekends.
